If this is for a handgun, you may want to ask them when you pick up the permit if it's okay to come back same day and bring all the guns to register.  I have two friends who did this.  HPD didn't seem to want unregistered pistols floating around out there.  Since they were bringing their pistols back they also just brought their rifles same time and the guys were okay with it.

Worth a shot if you can't find an appointment.

I coordinated my cancel along with the person picking up the appointment.  In my experience it was about 10 seconds from the cancel till the appointment showed up on the site for the person to grab.  If someone else is watching at the same time there's the chance they'll miss picking up the appointment but the two times I've done it has been alright.

I would recommend coordinating your transfer during off hours, after 4pm and before 8am, or on Sundays.  But I have had a few that got scoped up before they could grab it after I cancelled.

I forgot that I have an appointment for:
Firearm Registration 3 or less - Locally Purchased/Acquired (To include Joint Registrations) is on Thursday, January 28, 2021 12:10pm.

i was gifted an earlier reg appointment so i do t need this ine anymore. available for forum member is a Registration appt local 3 or less for Feb 12th @10am. first to pm gets it Mahalo
