Trump: Gets impeached over a phone call for asking that the Ukrainian President see that Burisma and their dealings with the Bidens be investigated -- as the top law enforcement official in the US is duty bound to do. Weeding out corruption is part of his job. Pelosi says it was abuse of power.
Biden: Withholds $1B of US taxpayer money from Ukraine unless the president there fires the prosecutor who is investigating Burisma -- just after Hunter is placed on Burisma's board. Is he impeached? No, he gets elected.
Conflict of interest does not have to be factually proven to be a problem. The mere appearance of a conflict is enough to call Biden's motives into question.
That is, unless you're a TDS-riddled Biden lover. Then Joe can do no wrong.
