Political Discussion / Re: Neopronouns? Really??

The issue now is that we have a marxist revolution that has gotten out of hand and is fractioning apart (per usual) and just like Trotsky vs Stalin it's threatening to turn into a bloody mess. There are definitely strong signs that a majority of Americans want to return to conservative values and restore the republic. This is clearly demonstrated by Trump's strong poll numbers, but if he ends up betraying us and enough black swans come home to roost it could be enough to break the nation into several incompatible political regions.

A recent poll found that 35% of Generation Z (those ages 13 to 21 in 2018)
know someone who uses gender-neutral pronouns (Parker et al., 2019).
Twenty states and the District of Columbia now allow citizens to express a
nonbinary identity on their driver’s license, and 14 states allow citizens to
indicate a nonbinary identity on their birth certificate (Movement Advancement
Project, 2021). The U.S. State Department also recently announced policy
changes to make it easier for transgender and nonbinary people to change
the gender marker on their U.S. passport, in preparation for offering a third
gender option in the future (Jakes, 2021). In celebration of International
Nonbinary People’s Day on July 14th, this brief uses data from The Trevor
Project’s 2021 National Survey on LGBTQ Youth Mental Health to examine
the diversity of nonbinary youth.

If that survey is even sort-of accurate, based on the "normalization actions" of the government and schools,
this "crazy pendulum" isn't about to finish it's arc to the extreme left.

There is some evidence that we may have reached the end of this crazy pendulum swing to the left and are coming back. Lets just hope it comes back quickly

Care to share that evidence, or is that also against some rule?

Hahahahhaha.

He'd argue if you said the sky is blue.

Nuance.
Objective.

Then why do we not see mass stabbers ever come close to the death tolls that mass shooters achieve?

You are trying very hard with your what if scenarios to avoid conceding a point to me. Tell me, in your time in the military, did they ever suggest you take a knife instead of a gun to combat?

I didn't need a knife or a gun for "combat".  My side arm was for personal defense if I ever needed it.

The weapon they had me using was a modified Boeing 707 designated AWACS E-3.  Surveillance, jammer detection, OTH radar, fighter jet control, and used as a force multiplier.  A flight of 5 fighters could be as effective as a flight of 10 - 20 depending on the targets.

Some of us don't pontificate about "combat" even though WE were actually in the military.

"Cops don't like it when you ask them to prove what they say is actually true" clearly is a blanket statement and not referring to two + cops he met.  If he said some cops, many cops, a lot of cops, etc. then it wouldn't be a blanket statement.
Hahahahhaha.

Someone doesn't like the game.

I do board games and computer games, not your debate games.

They don't have to know why.  They are supporting the underdog, the poorer people, and the minority.  They are being redeemed for their privileged ways by getting justice.

BLM all over again.

Bingo. There seems to be an automatic connection made in their brain that being a minority is synonymous with being oppressed and being a victim. The minority is the victim so they are always morally right.

There was a study where Israel was presented on a map as jews surrounded by muslim countries. When study participants saw this map they viewed Israel as the morally right one. When shown a zoomed in map with Israel surrounding the smaller Palestine they viewed Palestine as the good guys and Israel as the bad guys. I may be recalling small details of the study incorrectly but that was the basic takeaway.
