The worst part is when reassembling, lining up the the hole on the frame to that moving part with the hole on it at the chamber end of the barrel.

I think it's called the barrel link. I find that pulling the slide assembly back a little bit helps.

Compared to 1911

1) Push front thing spring guide plug in and turn other thingy plate barrel bushing
2) Remove cap that covers recoil spring spring guide plug
3) Slide plate thingy barrel bushing in other direction
4) Bring slide to the rear and line up takedown hole notch
5) Push take down pin slide catch lever out
6) Bring slide forward off frame
7) Remove recoil spring
Remove barrel

Tried to fix it for you.

The SPEAR has a barrel less than 16inches, so we won't be able to see it in Hawaii.

Belt?  The Kore belt creates a nice "ring" around my waist and the grip walls within.  I used to use an Atlas belt, which was thinner.  The thicker Kore belt helps provide a bit more space.

Haven't really looked at belts. I've been old London Bridge Trading Inc. riggers belt. I've got another thicker EDC type belt I can try out from Jones Tactical.

Have u tried a wedge?

Only thing I've done is move the wing thing to the outside to push the holster more in and push the belt and pants outward.

Not sure if we mentioned here, but another contender to the Aimpoint ACRO P2 would be the Steiner MPS. I'm probably looking into that for my next optic ready handgun purchase.

If you don't manage to find it at least they provide it via email now so you can save the attachment and print a new copy any time you need to.

Some people opted to pick up the hard copy instead of email copy. Or maybe OP got it before they started emailing them out.

I haven't got around to watching the videos, but read some posts in other forums that it their submission for the UK Rangers replacement rifle.

I'm not 100% schooled up on ITAR, but figured it is easier for the UK to source ARs made outside of the US. There looked like there was Knights Armament and Daniel Defense from the US, but other submissions look like HK and Sig Sauer.

Will this be available in the US? Not that I'm interested, but guessing that they wont see much profit in the US because of all the other AR-15 manufacturers.
