I am wondering if any laws would be violated if he came out of his house with a gun loaded with blanks and fired into the crowd of "protestors".

One report said they cracked his door. Not sure how but if they were doing something akin to breaking his home door that would be a possible lethal force scenario.

A few news are saying tuckers wife was home alone while this was going on. She locked herself into the pantry.

And people wonder why the 2a is important.
