Hurricane season

Just a reminder, we're in Hurricane season.

Now's the time to rotate your gas supply's, drain, refill  generators (including Fuel stabilizer in both) and fire them up.
Might as well tune up your vehicle ( oil change fuel/injector treatment, check tires, brakes etc...

Rotate your go bag's clothes, food, water, med's, and OTC drugs

Drain, clean and refill your 55 gallon water barrels.

Check your supply of Charcoal, propane, bleach, TP, PT, long term food, water, med's, and OTC drugs.

Don't just survive, prosper.

Survival is just breaking even !  :grrr:

Good reminder.  Just got some new spam cans tonight good to 2018.  I opened up one old one yesterday that date expired 2013 the fat or whatever the slime part was crystallized.  The meat was kinda funny color pink so I tossed them all and switched to vienna sausage.  I know I know they all kinda' funny pink color but it's time to renew the whole stash :)

I'll add to buy a couple cans of starting fluid spray.  They sure make things easier even with electric start.  Plus have other uses.

Assault Rifle? What I have here is an Anti-Assault Rifle.

Not my post, but I'm going to guess Purification Tablets.

Yall know that alcohol and tobacco and firearms are valuable commodities in times of crisis.
Why else would the govt form an entire dept to try to control the sale and distribution of these 3 items?

Did Costco yesterday to replenish canned goods (veggies, spam, CB and CB Hash, Pink Salmon etc...) 150 rolls TP,  90 rolls PT, razors, toothpaste, soap, shampoo Q-tips (not to be confused with tips from Q) gallons of bleach, dish soap, laundry detergent, Clorox Clean Up, nitrile gloves, 15 gallons non-ethanol gas with stabilizer, big ole bottle of Makers Mark, carton of butts and I'm all set.

Seems the system is pretty good.
All old supplies either used/rotated out and nothing beyond expiration.   :geekdanc:

I can't wait to watch the news where everybody is scrambling  :shake: for gas, water, canned goods and TP while I be sipp'n my Old fashion or Mint Julip.
