I wonder how this will affect Hawaii, as the article mentioned 6 states with laws similar to New York, Hawaii being one of them.

I for one am glad that SCOTUS made the decision based on interpretation of the Constitution.

The article mentioned that their decision was somewhat in contrast to pubic opinion.  Thank God they did not base their decision on public opinion.

They do not make the laws.  They interpret them.  F**kn asshats in congress make the laws.  And we all know how that has been going lately with the idiot at the helm.

But if things don't change we might get more of that recent judge that can't define what a woman is and then we'll really be up sh*t creek.  People like her will take public opinion at heart AND make the laws fit her agenda.
Sometimes you gotta know when to save your bullets.

You cannot legislate a constitutional right away.  SCOTUS ruled in our favor, but the bottom line is we need to thank Donald Trump.

It is the usual AP hit piece.  The majority of Americans aren't for more stupid, useless gun laws only Democrats
are the ones for stupid useless gun laws,
The same kinds of laws they have been passing for over 100 years that have not worked since
criminals don't pay attention to their laws.
