This would mean to have a bucket filled at all times.

Charge it in an oven or fire proof safe, opened with up to date smoke detectors. Close the door if the alarms go off.

Adding onto this... I was curious as to why there was no arrests or fines issued? Shipping container going to noone got sized and now HPD running a scare tactic rather than keep it on the down low to sting them later?  State Government wouldn't send fireworks to themselves would they?

A trap like charging station that would drop the battery into a bucket of water if it goes on fire.

I would love to take a stab at some bad jokes, but I better cut it out.

You can't just lead us to the edge and stop. You gotta make your point.

Happy for you balisong guys, but I'm guessing this means nothing immediately for autos and gravity knives?

So during the whole make reservations in order to pta/register your firearm at HPD there were accusations of possible "anti-gun" people taking slots to help make the whole process even more encumbering than it already was. Is this not a concern again this time around? I'm glad the parking lot was full, but not hopeful that so many spots went vacant.

Glad the range is open, but don't feel like IDing just to shoot either. I know I can walk in but with all the spots being reserved far in advance it's difficult to get they motivation to try my luck. Hopefully things change in the future.

So call the police on the police.

If I can't make the judgement that a person might have a legal firearm then how can I make the judgement between a thug and HPD.

Best was kalakaua drive inn on the corner of kalakaua and makaloa. Place closed down and nothing has come close to it. You just know that guy had years of seasoning on his grill and fryer.

In the state of Hawaii, your vote don't mean shit.  It never has and never will.
I'm a "Jaded Mandarin" but the politics here are oriental and they follow the "old ways":
That is the cost of living on this island.
The trick is to learn how to, and to beat their system.
Be it guns, EV;s GMO's, or what ever crap some
"progressive" comes up with,  just figure out how to beat them.
Pretty easy as they don't really comprehend non-compliance.
 :grrr:

How nice it must be for democrats to be handed their victory by an opponent that won't even try.

I wonder if she submitted testimony for the 10/4 hearing being such a pro 2a supporter.

F*ck Tulsi Gabbard.

She's a lying sack of sh*t.

Every single time I talked to her staff about Gabbard's position on an upcoming bill re gun rights in one form or another, they would say "she hasn't made a decision yet".... sometimes less than 24 hours before the vote... and, guess what, every single time she voted to nullify our rights. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I will never believe a single word that comes out of her mouth if those words are anything but totalitarian anti-gun talking points. She's a politician.

Here's how the commies (aka "Democrats") describe her "gun control" positions:

Tulsi Gabbard, Congresswoman from Hawaii: "I support our Second Amendment rights."
Source: 2019 "Meet the Candidates" (NY Times.com) , Jun 18, 2019

Ban assault weapons; require universal background checks

In Congress, Gabbard has co-sponsored bills that would ban assault weapons and require background checks for all gun purchases, including closing what is known as the "gun-show loophole."
Source: PBS News hour on 2020 Presidential hopefuls , Jan 14, 2019

Advocate for sensible gun control

Tulsi has a consistent record of advocating for sensible gun control. She has long called for reinstating a federal ban on military-style assault weapons and high capacity clips, requiring comprehensive pre-purchase background checks, closing the gun-show loophole, and making sure that terrorists are not allowed to buy guns. Tulsi is focused on building bipartisan solutions that can actually be passed into law, rather than using the issue as a partisan political football.
Tulsi Gabbard on gun control measures:
H.R. 1565 & H.R. 1217: To ensure that all individuals who should be prohibited from buying a firearm are listed in the National Instant Criminal Background Check System
H.R. 2380: Gun Show Loophole Closing Act: To require criminal background checks at gun shows.
H.R. 226: Keeping Guns from High Risk Individuals Act
H.R. 1745: Support Assault Firearms Elimination and Reduction: a tax credit for surrendering to authorities certain assault weapons.

From her own campaign literature, proudly proclaiming:

"Tulsi has an F-rating from the NRA, a 0% rating by the Hawaii Rifle Association, and a 100% rating by the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence."

Agreed, I love Tulsi for bombing the shit out of Kamala during the 2020 debates. As well as being more moderate since the DNC decided to kill her run after said election. But when she was in office she was anti 2a. Now, while she graces FOX she is pro 2a... Kind of hard to trust someone like that.

The limitation is in response to a ricochet incident when staff and firearm experts believe a high caliber bullet contacted a dormant firearm slug within the northern berm causing the slug to ricochet and damage a parked car window

So.... Two one in a million shots? Or just so a bad game telephone?

Is there pictures of the one in a million shot? Or at least the aftermath?  Not to cast doubt on the event happening, but if I found a blue lobster I would take a picture of it.

"I'm dead" said robber who survived.

Store owner now bought a gun. Parents told him to sell the shop and become a doctor.

The problem is, the FFL, not the ATF, has the responsibility to maintain their gun sales records unless and until they go out of business.  Then they are required to forward their records to the ATF.  What the agent was doing was taking photos of paper forms that contain firearm purchase info they are not allowed to have by law.  Until that FFL goes out of business/loses their Fed Firearms License, the data stays with them -- exclusively.

Saying they already have the information makes no logical sense.  If they do, why take pictures?  You're assuming the Feds are competent enough to gather that info outside of asking the FFL to hand it over.  Not a good assumption given the level of incompetence we see in all levels of government these days.

I think every person who ever bought a firearm from that dealer has a civil case against the ATF and that agent personally.  Should sue the living daylights out of them!

Thanks for the quick schooling. Sat through the video, learned a little there as well.

I was under the impression that these were different documents, something that was already shared with the ATF. But I think my sentiment is still the same, they don't care. As always I would love to see charges against the ATF as well as the agent as well.

At first I was upset, but then I remembered that it's 2022 and that if an image exists of the paperwork (fax, printed, email) it's already in a database. Not saying it's not wrong, incompetent, or malicious. Just not surprising. Neither she or the "AFT" care about your privacy.

Actual video, watch it on Jerone's actual channel. Not some grifter's who won't even link the campaign page in the description. https://jeroneforcongress.com/

Agreed Flapp about dems being the party of racism. Just remember you ain't black unless you ridin' with Biden. One can only hope that as we continue getting rid of generals and symbols of the confederates the dems go along with them.

Ac?

Mine had AC, but I didn't run it too often. It enhanced the smell of cigarettes and natto.
