That's why layers of security are important. Camera motion sensors in the room the safe is in (WYZE Camera cost about $25). Motion and door open alert sensor inside the safe (SafElert/Elertus cost about $100).
So dude walks into you room with the safe in it and you know no one is home, motion camera alerts your cell phone. Layer 1. Just in case you missed that alarm, criminal trying to pry safe open, motion sensor inside safe alerts you via cell phone. Layer 2. Criminal takes only a few minutes to open the safe, door open alert notifies your cell phone. Layer 3.
Also in the motion sensor inside the safe, it can go off every 12 seconds or so from repeated banging/prying. So that's a clue someone is trying to open the door.
So for about $125 more, you can feel a little more at ease.
Layer #1 should be a perimeter alarm system to let you know your house or apartment just got broken into. You can't assume a burglar is after the guns in the safe. Most are looking for cash, credit cards, and anything small enough to shove in a pocket and sell for drug money like jewelry. If you leave your passport, expired IDs and banking/mortgage/rental papers accessible, those can be taken and used to steal your identity & bank balances.
As such, IF the motion camera picks up the burglar walking past, you'll have a chance of being alerted.
However, all the extra layers you listed are dependent on a working internet connection. If you get an alarm system like SimplySafe, it has a built-in cell connection that can alert you (& your monitoring center if you subscribe). That way, if the crooks are smart enough to disable your Internet connection by cutting Cable and Telephone lines, the primary alarm system still functions. The monitors can also call 911. You might not get the alerts if your phone isn't charged, if you had to turn it off for a meeting or visiting a secure location ... whatever else. Murphy will make sure the ONE TIME your phone isn't getting the alert is exactly when the break in happens.

Redundancy and back-up measures are the best way to ensure your home is protected.
