Maybe you should make this a normal practice.

Instead of posting other people's unverified BS and your opinions, beliefs and feelings, start verifying what you post BEFORE you post it.

It's getting to be very time consuming responding with the real facts only to then have you argue nonstop about how you weren't technically wrong.

You should spend at least as much time verifying your posts as you spend mistyping them.

and don't forget he constantly posts that people are posting "fake news" without refuting their claims
or says that he posted "many" studies and graphs when he only posted one...

I bet it took a while to figure out how to infect all those bats without killing them.

NEW: Chinese researchers find 24 new coronaviruses in bats, 4 of which resemble COVID-19

how convenient
they should put "find" in quotes...

Reloading / Re: Pistol Caliber Reloading - Do You Chrono?
« on: June 11, 2021, 07:57:29 AM »
For pistol caliber reloading, do you chrono your loads?

If yes, what are you looking for?  For min or target power factor (for say competition)?  To replicate factory ammo?  Other?

What chrono are you using?  I've mostly seen the chrono with the "gates" at KHSC, but seems to be rare.

i own no pistols, reloading equipment and supplies, nor a chrono...

Who is going shooting this weekend?

I forgot today is a State holiday.  I am planning on taking the afternoon off, so might head to the range and test some .308 loads from a few weeks ago.

If I'm not mistaken, permits and registrations are performed at different locations -- permits in the new area to the left as you walk up, and registrations in the original firearms section vestibule past the records section.

Nothing in that post you quoted says anything about PTA, only registrations.  The officer he was speaking to was in the records/registration room.  Any comments about walk-ins would have been in the context of registrations.

Next time you tell someone "you have a search button," remember what you said about that feature.  This was not the first time you tried to used that line to avoid doing your own work.

Still waiting tor "several people" to be defined as "you posting about one person posting about talking to an officer manning the door."

#GoalPost===============>[AboutToMove]

he/she/it likes to claim that posting one study/article = "many"
so this is probably similar...

We’ve gone from “100 percent effective in reducing deaths” to “safe and effective” to “safe for most people”

The fact you blindly wrote "in my opinion" to my whole reply which was talking about appointments  😒

please show me how saying it was in your opinion means anything other than it was in your opinion...

The "R" rates of covid transmission is still being studied.  But we all know that it spreads. And we know vaccines reduce infection and spread.   The exact percentage is irrelevant.   Because the comparison is between less and more not exact numbers.  Obviously you should aim for less.  And we have data on that as the vaxx is 91% give or take effective at preventing infection.  You can't spread something you don't have.

of course the r value is still being studied, it is a snapshot over a period of time

and i love how you use "less" and "more" and say "the exact percentage is irrelevant", then give us a 91% effectiveness figure as proof...
