You left out being a male feminist and /or wearing a che guevara t shirt as leading causes.

Did you not read the article, it has nothing to do with male feminist or che guevara shirts. (Sarcasm)

"Other factors" are relevant -- when our doctor-at-heart says they are.  Otherwise, it's always a one-factor-caused-it argument.

india "cases" today
308,000
deaths today
3300

down from 400k+ and 4k+ less than a week ago
it has to be their vaccination program (less than 10%), or their testing (increasing daily), or their great health system (uhhhh, no)
well, that leaves "weather" and "other factors" according to the omniscient one...

Governor of Ohio today.

"Two weeks from tonight on May 26th, we will announce a winner of a separate drawing for adults who have received at least their first dose of the vaccine.  This announcement will occur each Wednesday for five weeks, and the winner each Wednesday will receive one million dollars.

The Ohio Department of Health will be the sponsoring agency for the drawings, and the Ohio Lottery will conduct them.  The money will come from existing federal Coronavirus Relief Funds."

I bet a bunch of folks who are about to lose their business or default on their mortgage will surely appreciate how the state is spending relief money this way.

This is a great idea.   Lotto potential gets alot of interest.  Probably more than opening up more availability.   :shaka:
Should get that lotto here.

Lockdowns only work for people like you who still get a paycheck whether you work or don't - zero sum game because our State IT sucks anyways. But for people who actually do get some work done - they starve

https://www.webmd.com/lung/news/20210421/record-covid-cases-deaths-prompt-lockdowns-in-india

April 22, 2021
So far this week, the capital city New Delhi has imposed a weeklong lockdown, and Uttar Pradesh, a northern state, announced a weekend lockdown that begins Friday night. Maharashtra, India’s western state that includes Mumbai and the hardest-hit COVID-19 region, limited grocery stores and other businesses to four hours per day. Telangana, a state in the southern part of India, imposed a midnight curfew.

yeah, that sounds enough to lower "cases" and deaths by 25%

plus the fact that uttar pradesh has been using ivermectin and has a lower rate than the us right now...

Not all that different than rigging elections.

https://justthenews.com/government/federal-agencies/cdc-will-only-sequence-post-vaccine-covid-cases-detected-lower

CDC will only sequence post-vaccine COVID cases detected at lower test sensitivities

CDC's cutoff of 28 Ct for viral sequencing stands in stark contrast to the positive COVID-19 tests drawn from far higher cycle thresholds, which experts have acknowledged are not necessarily a reliable indicator of true infection and/or infectiousness.

Michael Osterholm, the director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy and a member of President Joe Biden's transitional COVID-19 advisory board last year, said interpreting positive test results with high cycle thresholds "depends upon which side of the curve you’re on."

Sounds like it depends more upon who is in the White House.

So only 2% of japan is vaxxed and 4% of korea. Compared to 40% of the US.

https://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/2021/05/13/schatz-governor-its-time-allow-surf-competitions-allow-spectators-youth-games/

We still send letters?

Schatz said he sent a letter to the governor making the appeal.

“I urgently ask you to reevaluate your prohibition on parents and guardians watching youth sports. We already allow people on beaches, to watch sports in bars, and to do other outdoor activities, but yet we do not allow parents and guardians to watch their kids play youth sports outside in the sunshine and open air,” Schatz wrote, in his letter to the governor.
“Lifting your prohibition on parents and guardians watching their kids play youth sports and youth surf and outrigger canoe paddling contests can be done while remaining consistent with public health guidelines.”

How many hours til Fauci directly contradicts that on a MSM outlet?

I think he was already contradicted. Didn't he say still need mask and distance, even if vaxxed?
