This is part of HB31 that was introduced by Karl Rhodes. He also wants to ban auto alarms, put fluoride in our water and some more ridiculous things.

Flouride is not good stuff.  Not my problem if people have bad teeth.  How much of a nanny society are we going to become?

Yeah good one. Like I'd rather have cops spend their time arresting homeless people sleeping at the bus stop instead of doing some actual police work. So many feel good laws. How do the these lawmakers plan on enforcing them all?

The homeless couple at the bus stop by my office chases people off from using thier home/ bus stop.  They curse and yell at people who passby.  We called the police, they arrest them, take down the camp, thier back 2 days later process repeats itself

i think i know more than the average bear about the +/- of fl ion, but if you insist it's bad, i am not gonna argue
the ADA taught us to only say, "that's just not scientific"
any further and gets to be like a pro-gun/anti-gun discussion
