What are you gonna shoot?

I haven't decided yet maybe I'll bring all my rifles in 7.62x39 and shoot up the case of ammo I was trying to sell... Any requests on things to bring?

Who's shooting this coming weekend?

I'll be shooting a handgun class this weekend.  Trying out a ZEV RMR slide with Trijicon RMR in more "practical" application.  Looking forward to getting out and shooting with like minded people. 

Does shooting camp for the Boy Scouts count? That was my Saturday. At least the boys (and now girls) had a good time. Down side is didn't get to bring my own as the backstop isn't rated for more than a .22. Anyone care to bring up any materials able to construct a better than a 7 foot tall 3 foot deep backstop of tree trunks and limbs, with a little bit of dirt at the bottom?

I'll probably go silhouette side and shoot some kind of handgun not sure yet which ones, maybe 22 rifle too

Yup!  That definitely counts! 

Always awesome to facilitate youth to enjoy shooting!  The first few years that I volunteered at the SSF, I helped with the .22 lr section and it was awesome having the young ones shoot!  Even moreso when it was Father's Day and kids were enjoying shooting with their dad!  Great stuff!  Seems like you enjoyed it too!

Anyone know if trap/skeet will be open this Sunday to the public?  Went earlier this year and they were closed until further notice.  I'd hate to have to drive an hr there just to find out.

Skeet and trap are open again.  There's a tournament on the skeet side that starts in the morning though.  Probably done by lunchtime.

Yah I think so, was he wearing a Ruger shirt? And shooting looks like a sweet GP100? I was there 8-10
