First, you can't identify (1) the population of "doctors" you are including (Does Dr. Jill Biden make the cut?), and (2) any survey of that defined population that supports ANY percentage you just pulled out of your arse.

Secondly, Science does not require a consensus.  No matter how many "doctors" parrot Fauci's messaging, the message doesn't magically become "science" based on numbers of people spouting it.

Try read the site.  It only included medical doctors...

And consensus plays an important role in science...

Medical doctors in WHAT FIELDS?  Not all real doctors are experts in virology.

"Consensus" is not the same as independently reviewed and verified.

it "feels" that consensus "plays an important role"

"Try read" the link you posted.

The article has NOTHING to do with your supposed "statistics" about consensus.  It's about "Global Supply of Health Professionals".

Get a grip on reality.  Posting a link with an ESTIMATED number of doctors and nurses globally is NOT supporting your theory that ANY percentage of ANY survey of ANY population of doctors exists.

Try understand the original question was about the amount of doctors in the world  :shaka:

As we don't see a majority of doctors NOT recommending the vaccine.  Its safe to assume that "millions" of doctors do recommend the vaccine.

As Mac said, the issue is not the number of doctors globally, but the fact you have no evidence that ANY percentage of ANY defined population of said doctors agree on ANYTHING.

I guess captain obvious is not your friend.   Love to see the millions of doctors opposing the vaccine.  Haven't seen them.  But according to you they must exist.  Unless all doctors are just being quiet or communicating in secret.

you made the claim that "millions of doctors are recommending the vaccine", you back it up
and you can't without "safe to assume"
but once again, you are not wrong...

I agree, but if you have a bunch of professionals saying the same thing, it tends to hold more weight than your own opinion.  For example if you go to 3 different repair shops and they tell you your valves are bad, it probably is bad.  So if millions of doctors and the government are recommending a vaccine, it probably is good,  at least much better to listen to than some randoms on the internet or quackdoctors.

So my wife made appointments for me and her yesterday.  We were scheduled at 4:45 and 4:50 pm.  We arrived early and saw no one in line so they took us.

This was the one shot J&J vacc.  It was being administered at Rec 5 in Mililani Mauka.  My son-in-law was scheduled for 2:30 the same day.

My wife and I experienced no symptoms so far.  Guess we're lucky.  Aside from both of us experiencing manini soreness in the arm after the injection, it went away quickly and we didn't feel anything else.

My poor son-in-law was not so lucky.  He came home half-day from work today and he is feeling really lousy.  Hope he recovers quickly.

The guy is 6'2 and 220 lbs.  Big Samoan.  I'm a typical filipino runt.  Funny how this vacc affects different people.
