On the bright side the cleanup of the judiciary has started. Hopefully a sign of many more to come.

That's horrible.   One day there will be a democrat president and the Judiciary stopping the executive branch is the only thing stopping losing all 2a rights.

There is a reason there are checks and balances.

There is a reason there are checks and balances.

Checks and balances work both ways.  Tyrannical judges who break the law need to be kicked off the bench and punished for breaking the law.

What have the democrats been chanting ever since Trump ran for President in 2016?  "No one is above the law!"

Two Liberal judges believe they are above the law -- so much so that they believe they can interfere with federal immigration officials in the performance of their duties.

Attorney General Pam Bondi spoke to FOX News Channel's
"America Reports" on Friday afternoon about two federal judges
arrested this week for housing an alleged gang member and
obstructing the Trump administration's effort to capture an illegal
immigrant.

https://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2025/04/25/attorney_general_pam_bondi_why_fbi_arrested_judge_for_obstructing_ice_arrest_cant_make_this_up.html

Those judges should at the very least be disbarred from ever being on the bench or practicing law in any state.  Preferably, they should do jail time and pay hefty fines for obstructing the officer's doing their jobs.  That costs tax payers for every extra hour worked because of their crimes.
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world;
the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Thanks I needed some delicious tears to cheer me up.

Hopefully it won't take too long to get around to the 9th circuit.
If the news was lying to me I would have heard about it on the news.

I think there are lots of questions for Moms Demand Attention Hawaii Chapter Erica Yamauchi

https://www.hawaiinewsnow.com/2025/04/25/assault-rifle-ban-heading-full-legislative-votes/

“This is one step I think we can take to prevent more gun violence in the future. And we don’t want to wait until we have another mass shooting, right? We want to act now,” said Erica Yamauchi of the Hawaii Chapter of Moms Demand Action.

Experience:  Director of Communications & Engagement, Office of Wellness & Resilience, Office of the Governor State of Hawaii

https://www.ericayamauchi.com/
With 20+ years of experience in social impact marketing and strategic communications on my résumé, I love taking on consulting projects as my schedule allows.
I've worked for Fortune 500 companies, statewide public policy organizations and itsy-bitsy nonprofits. If your project is at the intersection of communication and the common good, I'm all ears.
I teach public relations classes at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa School of Communication and Information, and I also currently serve as the director of communications and engagement with Hawai‘i’s Office of Wellness and Resilience (the 1st of its kind in the nation).

This stinks. She holds a position in the State of Hawaii as Director of Communications while running a business in "strategic communications"

What's the odds this passes?  I've done as much as I can but I am powerless in the end.

Gov is a 100% sign right?

OK. How do I do that without ending up killed in a strange bicycle accident? The Governor hired her right? That's just like complaining to Nino Brown that one of his CMB associates is selling crack on the street.

Funny how you mention how a Democrat President will protect our 2a rights yet we have a Democrat Governor who is nothing but taking our 2a rights.  your logic is called lunacy

My guess the reason they are taking this heavy-handed and obviously-illegal approach is that they have been briefed on serious disruptions coming within a matter of months.

When the housing crash finally arrives it's going to wipe out the banking industry, and the resulting food scarcity will result in a significant breakdown in the rule of law.

What they should have done is to sanction local militias and beefed up local agriculture, but they were addicted to Federal Reserve money printing scams.

They won't be able to hold it all together when it falls, and when the paychecks start bouncing a lot of cops will choose free agency in order to feed their families.

Plan accordingly.

The militias they sanction are all bootlicker psychopaths who will make videos of themselves kicking you while you are handcuffed after CRU and SWAT arrest you picking up your kids at school because one of those "militia" members was told by a CRU "detective" to make a false report to HPD about a "Racist extremist who owns an assault rifle prowling the school yard and he was wearing a MAGA hat..."

So how has nobody yet said the magic words "IN COMMON USE"? You know, the magic words that legally nullify this entire scam?

Firearms in common use are protected by the 2a, including the mags...

And have any of us contacted the local U.S. attorney to draw attention to the multitude of title 18 violations and 2a violations by these Blackrock/Vanguard pawns? You know there is supposed to be a DOJ task force for states violatingn the 2a, rite?

Some have asked on here if the hyper aggressive attacks on the 2A in Colorado and Hawaii are related, and the answer seems highly likely to be yes.

About a week ago DNI Tulsi Gabbard declassified Biden’s (the Party’s) Strategic Implementation Plan for Countering Domestic Terrorism, link is below.  BTW, the Party defines YOU as a domestic terrorist.  On page 14 you will find these words:

o (Ut/L 5 C 5) Action 4.1.la: Rein in the proliferation of"ghost guns"; encourage state
adoption of extreme risk protection orders; and drive other executive and legislative
action. including banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. (Lead:
DPC)

Is this not EXACTLY what we’re experiencing here? Matronly (there was a big red one giving us serious stick eye from four stories above at the leg.) women in red t-shirts and pencil necked dorks pretending to be warfighters are NOT the driving force here.  It’s coming from borg central (even though it’s a bit decapitated right now).  Also, I can tell you, leadership at the Capital thinks our love of the constitution is laughable - they will tell us what rights we will have.  It’s extremely difficult to communicate how alien they are.  You just have to experience it for yourself.

I would encourage everyone to consider what’s happening here in light this declassified doc.  If this feels like an aggressive and bitter assault on your freedom a bit more so than usual, maybe there’s a reason for it: You are painted as a domestic terrorist.

Buckle up and buddy up.  Constitutionalists in states controlled by them are going to have to band together across all lines of interest, because they are drawing lines against us.  There should have been THOUSANDS of us down there.  It appears we need this kind of Pearl Harbor moment to realize what’s really in play here.

Also, it’s the individual who counts.  You go down to some rally by yourself not knowing what to expect, not knowing anyone.  So easy to not put yourself out there.  But I tell you, the brother or sister you meet there felt exactly the same way did, but now there are two of you, and you’re gonna love em, and be so grateful you came and met them and all the rest you saw there.

Ah, I’m tearing up.  Always happens when I drink at night.

Senate President could stop the vote.  https://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/legislature/memberpage.aspx?member=192&year=2025

Good to call the House speaker and your district House Rep.  The house voted to advance it a couple weeks ago, but good to have a good communications with your house rep so they know it's important to you.
