After everything we’ve seen so far I’d say it’s time to retire that hashtag

Just reverse it:

the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Is he a real Veteran?
Did anyone vet the vet?
He may be real or he may be just another phony prop of the left.

He was a blackhawk pilot. He crashed his helicopter and got a bronze star. Not for valor, but simply because he was a pilot and for time in service.

If his experience as a Blackhawk pilot carrying his rifle to and from the bird, bunk and chow hall makes him an expert on firearms, my experience down range makes me Jack Reacher and even more of an expert than him.

Not exactly an expert pilot but an 'expert' in firearms. A paid, for-hire talking muppet.
Heres his business and gee doesnt surprise anyone who his client is for pushing the AWB bill. A PAID mainlander pushing their political agenda on locals.

No. It's behind closed doors and not broadcast.

Communist State.

The head chair of JHA (Tarnas) said on the news that this isn't a "gut and replace" bill and that it followed it's proper channels and can be successfully defended per the AG's office in court.

The additions are so huge that it didn't get any senate committee hearings or public input on it.  Instead, the senate head chairs, who are anti 2A will get to decide if it's OK (Rhodes and Elefante).  Others may be present, but IDK.  If the vice chair for JDC is present, that's Gabbard and he has been a friend to the 2A.  I'm hoping he would bring up the major concerns if he gets a voice. The senate PSM vice chair is Wakai, who's anti 2A. So Gabbard would still be outnumbered.

I don't remember, but it was the one that had Jon Abbot from HIFICO talking and showing a rifle and mag. IIRC, Darryl Huff was holding a M14.

=======
OK
That was the HNN story that Huff did on April 8.
Tarnass had a picture of prohibited weapons, which showed just about EVERY rifle you see at Kokohead range.
Somebody must have an electric-shock dog collar on Tarnass.

Latest update on this backdoor, against the will of the locals, paid for, anti 2a, AWB of Hawaii

https://www.khon2.com/local-news/hawaii-assault-weapons-ban-necessary-or-posturing/

A gun control bill that has drawn recent attention is at a critical point in the State Legislature.

Advocates are pushing for it to move forward before a deadline on April 23 while opponents warn it could hurt responsible gun owners.
Federal judge says New Jersey’s ban on AR-15 rifles is unconstitutional

The bill would ban the future sale and transfer of assault rifles and shotguns in Hawaii and would mark one of the most sweeping gun restrictions proposed in years.

Andrew Namiki Roberts tried, but they probably cut out his strongest arguments and went with the weakest where he called them "crazy".

The point that needs to be made is that everything the gun grabbers say is a lie.

Seriously, they show someone firing full auto on the b-roll. This isn't time to play nice. Point out the fundamental dishonesty and bad-faith arguments in every sentence so they can't edit it out.

If the news was lying to me I would have heard about it on the news.

What Tarnas did met the letter of the law, but not the spirit of the law.  It wasn't gutted or replaced.  But it had the same intent, adding a lot of stuff that didn't go through the Senate committees.  What he did was bypass the Senate JDC committee cause he knew it wouldn't pass there which is very underhanded

Gabbard can't be on conference committee since he voted no on the bill.  I was hoping Awa would be on the committee since he voted yes for the original bill, but couldn't find anything in the rules requiring a minority party member be on the committee.  So it's Elefante, Chang, Wakai, and Rhoads.  Elefante might vote no.  Chang and Wakai will vote yes.  Rhoads will most likely vote yes, but small chance he could vote no cause it bypassed his JDC committee.

Notice how they left out mags.

And they used the "see, nobody is coming for your guns. You can keep what you have".

Rhodes says when asked about mag grandfather clause "why, bump stocks didn't have a grandfather clause".

This is why it's important to fight against EVERY anti 2A bill, not just the ones that affect you.

Again and again these leftists attempt to confuse the AR15 with the M16 and M4s.
Since when does our military use the AR15 over the m4 or m16?
Shame on Marvin and the other leftists for obscuring this fact with their lies.
It is expected that they will always use any means to promote their agenda no matter
how phony and/or evil.

The black market will have the market to themselves. Why should organized crime stop
at selling an ar15, why not just sell an m16 or m4? Its all illegal any way.
No waiting periods, no back ground checks, no permits, no registration, no taxes,
no serial numbers needed, but there wil be profitable incentives to break the law.
