For HD to everything else SHTF etc...

 *   Use a side saddle with  Esstac Shotgun Card with velcro stick on the receiver (once the card goes empty you can rip it off ad replace it with another one rather than refilling the side saddle)
 --- http://www.skdtac.com/Esstac-Shotgun-Card-p/ess.106.htm

*    12ga Micro-Rig

*      VTAC Shotgun Ammo Pouch  (Holds one standard box of shotgun rounds)

*California Competition Works Shell Caddy Tactical Shotshell Ammunition Carrier 12 Gauge 4 Round 2-3/4" and 3" Shells Polymer
---http://www.midwayusa.com/product/2394156343/california-competition-works-shell-caddy-tactical-shotshell-ammunition-carrier-12-gauge-4-round-2-3-4-and-3-shells-polymer

For competitions

*California Competition Works Shell Caddy Tactical Shotshell Ammunition Carrier 12 Gauge 4 Round 2-3/4" and 3" Shells Polymer
---http://www.midwayusa.com/product/2394156343/california-competition-works-shell-caddy-tactical-shotshell-ammunition-carrier-12-gauge-4-round-2-3-4-and-3-shells-polymer

* For the Load 2' carriers they are strictly for speed, indexing sacrificing ammo capacity

As for the bandoleer sling is good as to carry extra ammo but not good for reloads in a high stress situation, also weigh down the shotguns swing rate.

Legal and Activism / Re: Shorty shotguns totally legal in Hawaii!

I ask this awhile back

https://2ahawaii.com/index.php?topic=10023.msg96681#msg96681

There are federal laws then there state, city, etc ...

On different forums on the net most suggested the original shotgun must be a PGO shotgun to begin with not a full stock shotgun.

Remember these members come from different places with different laws than our own.

Legal and Activism / Re: Usage of firearms on vehicle theft....
« on: April 19, 2014, 12:44:22 AM »
Back to the OP (sort of), I would...
1. Call HPD
2.Perch in the window with my M1 carbine and yell "Hey!  Run away!  Police are coming!"

If one of the miscreants decided to charge at me, I would shoot them.  Otherwise, I would just watch, maybe grab the DLSR and tyr to get some pics.

Under no circumstances would I exit my house and confront them.  If they take my truck and get away clean, well, I have insurance.  It would burn me, but I would let it happen.
More in what I had in  mind rather to straight up confronting the suspects. Then again the thing that always bug me is thieves, especially house burglars would strike on a non occupied home. Thata being said they'll flee and might return later for the firearms, when  non ones home.

Legal and Activism / Usage of firearms on vehicle theft....
« on: April 13, 2014, 11:39:39 PM »
Scenario
Your vehicle car/motorcycle(personal property) and is park on the street (public property) next to you place of residence.  A couple of thieves actually broken in or stolen the whole vehicle as the alarm is going off. What the legality of using firearms in this, discuss.

See the discussion got going....
Let me clarify the scenario NO LETHAL  FORCE IS BEING USED unless life danger is immediate.
Let say I  discharge my firearms on to their get away vehicle to prevent my personal property from being stolen, yet the incident is happening on the street public property.

Possible outcome.
1. they surrender
2. flee
3. fight back.

My concern is what the law looks at when firearms is being discharge in a public area to defend personal property.

Firearms and Accessories / Re: let's talk micro red dots
« on: March 30, 2014, 12:15:28 AM »
Maybe it's just me but I looked at a SPARC (1 not 2) at Sports Authority and I couldn't see a pronounced red circle.  Instead I saw some distorted shape.  I saw a similar distortion through a Primary Arms T-1 replica.  It got me wondering if it's the "cheaper" red dot or just my eyes.  I have yet to look through a T-1, but I'm praying that its dot will look more like a dot in that $650 sight.

I've read a ton of great things about the SPARC, which is why I was planning to buy one for my GSG22, however, now I'm not sure anymore.

Its your eyes... I got a primary arms m3 style multi-reticle red dot sight, without glasses all  my reticles got flares and blurs. Computer and video gamer here.,, I used to have 20/20 vision....

Iwould look into a primasticoptics burris and leupold amkes em.

Thanks, bruddah rswarrior1700.

The Mod 3 GF Grip was released before the Mod 2 GF Grip was released (kinda ass-backwards of BCM, no?  :grrr: ).

No matter... I just received email notification that my Mod 2 will be delivered tomorrow, via USPS!

I was worried the delivery from Wisconsin would be delayed by all that global warming weather up on the mainland...

If it is USPS with supplied tracking then itll be accurate on delivery. As for the grip you will like it if you want less strain on your wrist compare to standard or even Magpul grips.

Mod 2 or Mod 3?

At the time it was Mod1 and 2, Mod 3 is BCM newest version so I dunno If Kgs has em.

Firearms and Accessories / Re: jp captured buffer springs
« on: February 14, 2014, 12:01:42 AM »
I got one too in my POF

You got to remove the buffer pin or the bolt will smack the JP buffer leaving a dent

Also if you running a magpul bad lever the bolt will not lock back so you need to buy lighter springs at JP

Try kaneohe Gunshop, Daniel had in stock, dunno about current inventory, I got mine off Ebay  later to found out KGS had em.

Hi all
Do you guys do AR Magwell conversion (Texas AK designs BASTARD)for a SLR-106 and black dip parkerization.
Comparable to that of Definitive Arms, but get the work done locally to cut down on cost.
