General Discussion / Want to buy a micro 9MM soon. Is the Sig P365 reliable?
« on: September 20, 2023, 09:05:36 AM »
I wanted to get a small 9MM for a while now and with the new regulations coming Jan 1, decided to get one before the end of this month.
Yesterday I looked at and dry fired an Sig P365, a Glock 43 and a Hellcat. I liked the grip, ammo capacity and how the Sig felt the best of the 3.
I then looked at reviews of the Sig P365 online and there was quite a bit of negativity about the firing pin.
I have always liked Glocks because of their extreme reliability, but how they feel in my hand is just ok.
So for those of you that own or have a lot of knowledge about the P365, is the firing pin breaking or light striking a problem?
Is there another micro 9MM that I should look at? I don’t want to spend more than $700.
