Don't underestimate the Defense of Hawaii OPLAN. If that doesn't fair well, we're all screwed and Plan B, the Red Headed Quickie, is the only viable option providing you have time before you succumb to the enemy.

Actually I would assume that China photo is for the "public security forces" targeting unarmed people, and you can imagine what kind that might be.

They had a dry run in 1989 I think. No segways yet.
