Ever see the movie Brewster's Millions?

That's my dream -- to spend $30M in 30 days and have nothing of value to show for it.

But, there would also have to be the $300M waiting for me. I'm not stupid!!

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088850/

I just did an inflation adjustment for $30M and $300M:

In 1985, $30M would be worth $85.6M in 2023 dollars.

Obviously, in 1985, $300M would be worth $856M in 2023 dollars.

This would be easier to do today due to technology. Book a celebrity after celebrity and after 2 weeks, money all gone.

I just thought of something different.
Since I live pretty far from the range, how about I build a shooting range out west side? How about another on the Windward side too. It could be free, but I think it would be better to charge a small fee for adults. Children would be free. The reason for the user fee is psychological. If the user has to pay for it, they would appreciate it more. Perhaps even respect the property and facility more. I would hire certified instructors to be available at each range. Each range would have a lounge area for people to gather to socialize or have classes. It would be cigar-friendly, of course.
What, Me Worry?

Another thing I would do is to provide low cost respite care for families who are caring for kupuna. New families often have to care for aging parents or maybe they have to care for a child with disabilities. It's important to get time off from that kind of burden. A low cost service would help so many families cope with this common problem.

This would be cool.  But 1 up would be I would also go into the childrens section of a hospitals and pay off all balances. I wonder what the cost would be, like would $10 million be enough?

While going to Kap hospital for baby stuff, it was sad to see children wheeling/walking around hooked up with IV's and stuff.

In states that require a class, I would pay for every student. Plus allocate money if they need to practice (ammo or instruction) to pass.

3. financial support for families of emergency responders who died in the line of duty

6. paying for transition housing for the temporarily homeless

7. paying for gym memberships for adults that want to get healthier

8. paying for funeral expenses of struggling families in need

9. subsidies for farmers to increase production of food to supply their LOCAL community

10. education and grants for local small businesses providing needed services by the LOCAL community

11. education and funding for entrepreneurs with innovative business ideas and a good business plan

I would also hire a chef to live on my property in a separate home for free.  THe chef will be on call 24/7 and responsible for keeping the shelves stocked.  But as to not waste food, as things will expire, donate or cook a meals for others for free.  There will be a lot of down time as we would eat out a lot, and I have no cravings for bacon and eggs at 3am.

1 thing the chef will have to do is duplicate certain dishes from restaurants/food places.  This way I don't have to leave the home to get it.  I would pay for the recipe and let them know it's only for personal use. So like Rainbow Drive in BBQ beef, pay like $100K for the recipe. I'm sure they won't turn this down.  The audition process will be a about a week as say I want something that takes a few days to marinate or what ever. I will pay them for this 1 week and they can live on property and go buy what ever supplies are needed.

Things to audition cook will be a steak, loco moco, scrambled eggs, fried rice (breakfast style), just off the top of my head.  Then their specialty dishes.

Also, I would have a supermarket section of my home with all my fav snacks. This way I don't have to leave the home to go buy them.  So the chips, dip, Aloha juices, etc... THe chef will also be responsible to keeping this stocked. 1 thing that spoils fast is cookie corner cookies. And again, donate of give away as they get close to expiring and restock with a fresh supply.

Lol. When I was in my early 20's I did. But as I'm getting older, no can. My plan is if I'm still alive at 70 or so, eat what ever I want as the end is coming near.  So bacon 3x a day.

I would install resting platforms for polar bears when they have to swim for miles to find food.  On the platforms will be water and seal meat.

I will also do this for penguins so they can rest to continue their journey back to daddy/mommy penguin that is babysitting baby penguins.  LGBQT penquins will be banned from the platforms and will eventually be food for the leopard seal.  (leopard seals gotta eat too.  might as well be penguins that don't make babies).

I also will globally regulate the tuna population in the oceans.  Give them chance to replenish their numbers.  Meanwhile to satisfy the demand for poke I will make people eat enenue. (rudderfish)

Same with salmon.  Instead of lomi salmon people will eat lomi-enenue.

Too bad.  I have the most money so that is the way it's gonna be.

As far as humanity goes, all violent people committing crimes of murder, violence, rape, sodomy, molestation and similar acts of atrocity will be rounded up globally and thrown into a deserted island(s) specifically chosen to not have to have any kind of security.  The surrounding waters will take care of those stupid and foolish enough to chance escape.  Meanwhile on the island(s) they will be free to commit murder, rape, sodomy, molestation, or anything else they want to do to each other.

Because there will be no supervision, no one cares or gives a flying f*ck.

Too bad.  I have the most money so that is the way it's gonna be.

Non violent crimes if convicted the perp will be handed over to the entity that they committed the crime against.  That entity can do whatever the f*ck they want to do to the convicted.  If they choose not to deal with the convicted then see the above island scenario.  They will be rounded up and sent there regardless if the convicted cries me a river.

Too bad.  I have the most money so that is the way it's gonna be.

Then I woke up from my dream and realized it's best that I am not the richest person in the whole f*ckn world.

Vegas themed happiness.

Pick random people and give htem like $100K. But the kicker is that they have to play high limit type of games. So slots would be $750 a spin or even the $5,000 Double Double Diamond at the Wynn. I will have to be allowed to watch them gamble, and if it's a table game, even play with them.  I would tell the casino to raise their table max so these people can bet higher limits than say the $5,000 table max.  And because I'm the richest guy int he world, they would accommodate.  Or I'd go elsehwere to a casino who would.  The reason for this is that the average joe might not want to play in the high limit room, but with the regular folk at a $15 table. But bet much more. So craps table and the person has like $10K on the table, but the guy next to him is betting table min at $15.

I'd also go to average hotels like NYNY, Luxor, etc...and pick random people waiting in line to check in.  Then offer them for what ever amount of time they're staying if they want to stay at Wynn, Encore, or where ever really and I'll pay for it.  Plus give some $ to gamble and eat.

Finally, those youtubers I watch in Vegas who aren't millionairs, I would give them like $1 million each. So Danny the Medic, Norma Geli, JacobslifeinVegas, Vegas Must Try, etc...As a thank you.

I like the idea of being the richest guy in the world and nobody knows it.  I would travel all over the globe and just check people out, what they are doing, what kind of life they are living.

Then somehow, anonymously, I would gift them money.  Like the single waitress with children.  One day she finds a million dollar check tip with the $30.00 bill from me eating oxtail soup with mac salad.  But I would be nowhere to be found.

Or the random guy working to feed the hungry.  One day in the mail he finds a notice saying this so-and-so foundation wants to sponser his endeavors AND pay him handsomely for his efforts.  Little did he know that the "homeless" f*cker he saw on the street the other day and offered him a Big Mac meal was me.

I think there was a TV show that was similar to the above scenarios.

Consequently, I would work covertly to expose bullsh*t organizations that claim to be charities.  All the Okras and Rocks and BS pastors out there making millions off gullible people will be exposed, shamed, and identified worldwide so there would be nowhere to hide.

And yes, I would make Santa a reality.  All the kids have got to do is what they have been doing all along: write a letter to Santa.  Only this time the letters will go to my vast network of people worldwide, verifying identities, genuineness of the letters, and background of the children.  And their wishes will be granted.

The bad children will get just like the storybook says.  A stocking of coal.

But depending how bad they are, they might get bird doodoo, elephant feces, or cow dung.

Depends.

Adults can write to Santa too.  Except human doodoo and dogsh*t will be reserved just for them.

Good luck with that.  With the proliferation of surveillance, security and cell cameras everywhere you look, there's not much hope of staying under the radar.  All it takes is 3-4 locations where you left your money for someone to match up the videos and find the common denominator.

Unless you intend to wear a disguise, the chances of remaining anonymous are slim.

Maybe you need a couple of PIs to find out the person's name and address, then a lawyer could show up on the door step with a check from your "foundation."  if your name isn't on the charter or other records, then there's less chance of being identified.

Funny.  You have to go to great lengths to protect your personal info, and then hire someone to get the personal info on your beneficiaries!

AMEX Black, which has no credit limit. On the tip line put, $1,000,000. I wonder if they would process it. Then imagine the reaction when it goes thru, as in no decline wording shows up on the machine.
