Sacred Hearts vs Hanalani. Hanalani's range set up is in Founder's Hall. It's a multi purpose building with a ballistic curtain as the backstop. Target frames are wood with a 10 gauge steel sheet to stop the pellets.

Speaking as a former high school shooter of the small bore rifle team and air rifle team they've been around for the last 20 years the air rifle teams, 22 was ended back in 98. All the schools in the OIA participate in air RIFLERY, but the original 4 high schools, McKinley, Roosevelt, farrington, and leilehua had actually rifle small bore ranges at the time sponsored by the US military. Just some fun facts

Does he have his own air rifle? If so, have him practice shooting positions and dry fire at home. If not, get him one.

All we need is a backyard, backstop ( box and newspapers), targets and it’s a backyard get together.

OK I got that covered if Ya'll gonna drive out to Kahuku.
Also has a grill and facilities.
.177 and .22 divisions in pump, break barrel and compressed classes (if necessary).

   Available
November 5 / 6
Jan 2-20
LMK if ya wanna make it work.

Just dropped another pullet in it's tracks with .177  PBA Ammo at 70 yds., my longest  yet.   :o
Clocked .177  PBA  at 1031 fps, lead 853 fps
Should be 1200 and 1000 respectably so I guess guns getting old.

Did not clock the .22 but it was hitting 4" target at 50 yds

State Championships is this Tuesday at the NBC Exhibition Hall. High school teams from Big Island, Maui, Oahu, and Kauai are looking for the State team and individual trophies and medals. I'll post up pics of the competition and the link for the scores when final.

With all the old people in the state, why are there no Senior competitions? Are organizers afraid of old people being unable to get off a mat, or falling asleep during the match?
