Looks like flakes similar to lemon zest.  For cooking?  Not sure but I think the pkg. is 18 grams or 6 ounces.

How did you get it?  Looks like came from Marukai.  I like going Marukai.  I walk around and guess WTF 70% of their merchandise is.

Well.....
I tried it mixed with 100ml of hot water. It was very sweet.
Then I added ice and water to get to 1 cup of liquid and it was great.
It's probably loaded with sugar, but it tastes good.
