A school where white people aren't very welcome. According to Wikipedia.
I hail from Bellflower High, just down the road from Inspector's High school.
I maxed out the SAT english score at the time. I wonder if Farrington students
do close to that?  I listened to Led Zeppelin outside of class.  I wonder if that
makes a difference?

Oahu has the best -- and the worst -- schools in the state and the nation.  Our school's test scores are in the top -- and bottom -- of national standings.

It's not necessarily the school system.
