Play with the

https://customdesign.mycasebuilder.com/

kinda fun!

You can reconfigure how you want your handgun and magazines to be organized.

If you can see the above site, go to the earlier page I posted, click on the Glock 17, and then customize.

Now, you can click on the TOP part where there is the SHAPE LIBRARY and then choose YOUR firearm instead of Glock 17 (e.g., Beretta or SIG, etc.).

There is a GREEN DOT when you select the foam shape.

Drag that with your mouse to ROTATE it.

You can flip (mirror) the shape with the buttons on the screen but rotation it took me a bit to figure out.

I built a simple hot wire cutter to do mine.  Turned out pretty good.  If anyone needs the info, I can post a how-to on building the thing after work.

I got the foam off Ebay for $60 shipped.  That was the cheapest I could find it, and it's legit Pelican foam too.

Oh nice!!!  Did you notice any toxic fumes while cutting the foam?
The Supreme Court has ruled that you, as an individual, have no right to protection by the police. Their only obligation is to protect "society".

There was a bit of smoke, but not too bad while you're cutting everything out.  It's actually much worse when you go back in to shave off a bit here and there when the wire isn't buried in the foam; that makes a fair amount of acrid odor.

So search under Pelican foam? Is the only (main) difference that they sized the foam exactly to match the case models, or is it the type of foam?

I spoke to my old buddy who runs a machine shop back in the mainland (he used to do all of my R&D stuff) and he said if you find the right shop, they might be willing to do it for a small fee if you can sell it to them as another avenue to make money. He told he never thought of this as another way to market his business. He is doing some prelim stuff with his guys and he would get back to me. Sorry I wasn't more helpful!
