Too bad it is difficult to find Wolf or other Russian LR primers now days. These primers net very good ES/SD numbers. And, as a plus, they were very cheap.
The theory was, they were ‘softer’, as in the fire or spark was soft. That was said to give more consistent powder ignition.
When those primers got hard to find, I switched to CCI exclusively. They didn’t net as good ES/SD, however, I found them to be consistent and reliable.
Federal match primers are said to have a similar ‘soft’ ignition (good ES/SD), problem is that the primer cup is also soft material. That limits your max pressure that the primer itself can contain.
Surfed threes yesterday and noticed in the FDR parking lot a constant stream of guys in a variety of different styles of fatigues with duffel bags who look like they just got off a plane heading for the tourist hotels.
At least HNN finally picked up the story

Nice necropost! LOL.
JK. Good to see you posting again. I remember you said you were getting a GAP-10 a while back.
Haven't been now in a couple YEARS!!!!
Who is shooting this Memorial Day weekend?
I'm planning on helping out a friend test out loads for their rifle. I don't plan on shooting much myself this weekend. Mostly just looking forward to a weekend away from things. I was able to shoot a bunch last weekend, so good to get back into the swing of things.
Depends on the temperature fluctuations in your garage throughout the day & day to day/ week to week/ month to month, etc.
"Cool dry place" is the recommended with minimal temperature changes (I'd say 5 degrees, but others may disagree).
I hope you're not storing your primers together with your powder in a metal cabinet . . .
