Bill is now in the senate. Hearing 3/22 at 9:30. So testimony due 24 prior.

Hearing postponed until 3/24 at 10am.  They ran out of time. Only the in person got to testify, which were 2 of our guys and zero who support the bill.

4 No's, 1 Aye (Roads). Lee and K were not present. Word is Lee and K would have voted no too.

Recap by memory, correct if wrong:

Rhodes wanted to pass with amendments and mentioned if all senators were present, it would. Seems like he was reaching.  He did present a senate version of this bill, but it didn't get a hearing.  Rhodes also stated he talked to UH and Department of Transportation Services or something and they want the bill to pass.

 Favella knew the oppose to support ratio which was about 75-80% oppose.  He's the guy consistantly on our side. He voted no.
Acasio wanted to know the effects of OC vs. Taser, which no on present answered, even though Andrew from HIFICO was present, but he wasn't called upon. She voted no.
Mercado-Kim voted no and she pushed to have the vote, cause Rhodes wanted to either pass or vote later.
Gabbard voted no, he had no questions
