Good deal.   :geekdanc:

I don't shoot much .45 acp.  In my two current .45 acp pistols, one is an M&P 45 and it had occasional FTF in the first 200-300 ish rounds.  I read that M&P 45 is a bit more notorious for a break in period, and more than the 9 and 40 versions of the M&P.  I started wondering if some of that was due to .45 acp ammo.  I was thinking shape of the bullet, but also maybe since the muzzle velocities were much lower than say 9 mm.  Therefore less energy, so exacerbated in a new .45 pistol with new springs, wear surfaces higher friction, etc.

Bring to open shoot and mag dump and let others try. "This is the way"  for all 45ACP.
