Can try Will's Lock and Key on Mokauea across the street from Alicia's.  Been using him for all kinds of car keys for around 10 years but he does all kinds of locks.

I had time today so I met with the Dad and son from Blessings Lock Service.
It took about 15 minutes to pick the lock open.
But after that we chatted about the purpose of the box and he was super interested in taking the pistol safety class.

He also said that he gets calls to fix gun safes with electronic locks.
