That is called "putting you through the system".
Cops do it all the time if they don't like you.
They know the charges will be tossed, but you go to jail
post a bond, hire a lawyer, miss work,  in the mean time.
Meanwhile at the end of their shift they go home and
have a cold beer.

It’s amazing how fast the government can work when they have an agenda. Takes 10 years to go through the Supreme Court to make a ruling, but takes a day to uphold an unconstitutional law. Unreal.

hopefully, we can salvage 120 pages of constitutional-scholar written testimony that we can use.  not that Hawaii legislators give a rat's ass about the constitution or anything frivolous like that, huh.
