here is what I see....

Generally, morning time is crowded. So, if you have to go in the morning then make a reservation or you might have to wait around.
It usually thins out after noon.

Before they shut down weekday hours it was from 12pm to 4pm.

If you want to shoot at 12, you should go early.  I mean early early.  I've seen all tables at rifle side taken and it's 11:45.

Opens up at around 2pm or so.

yeah, it's like that sometimes.
At first, I didn't like the reservation system.
But it seems like a good idea nowadays.
I think there is a renewed interest in buying guns due to the gov trying to stop people from owning them.

Got more info on it.  Range is not open on weekdays.  They still need to do more cleaning and refurbishment.  They're getting closer to weekday hours.

The park can be open and the range closed at the same time.  The range is part of the park.  Like tennis courts and the Shell are part of Kapiolani Park.
