will do.  probably not for a couple weeks.  no time to reload before that.   :shaka:

No rush.  A video will be great (as always).

Don't expect any problems.  Just good get feedback on experiences.  I'll get around to that eventually, but I've been focused on loading for 308.

Stang - Update on testing for magnum primers?  I was thankfully able to get more SPP, but I'm still planning on loading up 9 mm with the SPP magnum primers.  But will start with SPP first.

All good.  Was just wondering.  I know you think .357 and .44 Mag are more seksi. . .  ;D

I'm still occupied with reloading for .308 for the near future, but will hopefully start 9 mm soon.

i have not loaded the 9mm using magnum primers, but i have reloaded low level 44mag and 357 mag using magnum primers without a problem.  such as trail boss or other lower pressure loads.  but i dont see this as the same as 9mm with magnum primers
bc i am shooting the low pressure magnum loads out of a magnum revolver, and i assume the hammer strikes are heavier in the magnum revolvers vs in my Glock19.  i dont know this for a fact, but just seeing as the DA trigger is much heavier in the magnum revolvers than the Glock19,
i think the only worry i have with the G19 is getting light primer strikes using magnum primers
next week i have an extra day off so maybe i can do some reloading then.   :shaka:

The function is something I was wondering about too.  I read where factory springs have typically been ok.  I shoot mostly factory springs, so was thinking I'd be ok.  Now that I have more SPP, I may save the magnums for the cartridges they were meant for.

Finally got around to loading 40 rounds of 9mm with SPP magnum
All 40 rounds fired without a hiccup. No problem
Primer cci 550 spp magnum
Powder titegroup 4.8 grains
Bullet everglades ammo 115 grain plated #2 (heavy plated, .356 diameter)
OAL 1.125"
My conclusion is magnum primers work with the stock springs in a Glock19

Awesome. I think I have the same Everglades boolits. Were you able to compare with factory 115 gr?

I have some CCi regular SPP, so will start with that. But I am looking forward to testing the magnum SPP too.
