Diversity is a good thing.  But you have to meet the standards.  And diversity should never take priority over equal opportunity.

And sometimes diversity is not a good thing.  Not when lives are on the line.  You meet the standard, or you don't.  Doesn't matter what color you are, where you're from, or what you got between your legs.

Meeting the standard saves lives.  Your own and those of your buddies.  Once you change the rules for some, everyone in your unit is in danger.

Barack Obama never served in the military.  That's why he talked the talk.  Typical POS politician hell bent on diversity.

Our POTUS claims the US economy is the greatest in the world.

But fails to see that the common working American is struggling with groceries, housing costs, and transportation costs, amongst other things regular folks experience.

I wonder if he realizes his "economy" is striving because everyday Americans are cashing in their 401K's, life savings, childrens life insurance policies, and annuities just to buy food, pay bills, and avoid losing their house.

Was just wondering.  And I have been wondering for years.  And years.

Was this merge an engineering f*ck up?

This merge has got to be the most goddamn dangerous merge in all of the world.  It's amazing that there aren't more collisions there.

But I believe there are near misses every second of the day.

From a novice perspective, who the hell engineers a f*ckn merge on a freeway?

By the way, years ago my friend got into a collision there.  It was a major one.  He needed to be cut out of the vehicle.  He still has spine, back, and hip issues to this day.

Would love to hear y'all thoughts.
