Rolex for work and going out.
Casio (from Costco, about 2 months ago) for any other time.
I have almost the same Casio in solar-rechargable, but the display is really hard to read unless it's in dim lighting where you can use the back lighting.
I assume that saves on the rechargeable battery. Bought it mainly for a bug-out watch -- something that won't need batteries.

Used to be a Suuno Observer
It only tells time now the other functions are inoperative. I'll have to sent it in to see if it can be fixed. It's a back up now.

I wear a G-Shock daily and have an older G-Shock that I had to replace the band for when I do more outdoors stuff like hiking and shooting. I have a Rolley that I used to wear daily, but now it's more for njghts out. I also have a Suunto for when I dive.

Wenger Urban Classic.  Every thing I need (date/military time), nothing I don't (stop clocks/alarms etc).

Something about the crystal on this watch is rugged.  I don't baby this watch too much at work. Any other watch I've tried is scratched up within the first week at work.  I've had this about 5 months now. The crystal has ZERO scratches.  The stainless is scuffed a bit, but I still use this to go out without any embarrassment.

I got it for around $100 on Amazon .   This IMHO is a great value for a watch.

My daily wear is a Isobrite diver with tritium markings and 10 yr. battery with rubber strap or Citizen Pro diver.   At the range, wear a Chase Durer chrono.  All quartz.

Nothing, I found that watches get snagged up on stuff way to often for me

Daily is either the Casio G Shok camo analog or the Casio Pathfinder atomic solar.

Formal watch is a Rolex Submariner two tone with the black face.

Why does anyone need a watch these days?

Computers , cars, phones all have a time keeper.

Normally I just ask someone on the street for the current time.

"Excuse me sir, do you have the time?"

"Why yes, yes I do....

It is time for you to get a watch."

I like and need a watch despite having everything electronic around us that keeps time.

OTOH, if we are truly preparing we should have the tools like compass, maps and the skills to use them.  Good thing we live on islands, but most people cannot land nav if they had to.  Even on an island we can still screw ourselves if we cannot find our way around.
