I have encountered this error message when posting a 29KB pic to new topic. Original size of file was 232KB. Any remedy?

I was surfing the web and stumble across a most interesting website call "Violence Policy Center." Not a place to find articles on how guns protect and defend private citizens rights to self defense.

"The VPC has a long and proven record of policy successes on the federal, state, and local levels, leading the National Rifle Association to acknowledge us as "the most effective...anti-gun rabble rouser in Washington."
