Kingdom of Hawaii Marshall

Was at City Mill Mililani this morning and saw a tan beater pickup truck with badges on the doors, license plate and a large graphic on the rear window that said “Kingdom of Hawaii Marshall”. Went inside and there he was wearing a badge. Was surprised that he’s running around with no Hawaii plates. Wonder how many tickets he’s gotten or maybe HPD just ignores it.
Oh well……  ???
