Here in Mililani Mauka we didn't have to dodge anything.  The bullet was so far off we didn't even know we were targeted.

Content creator asks that his video be shared with others.  So, I'm sharing.  Because I too feel there's something weird going on with the homeless issue, but I can't prove it.
