Like the article pointed out, this is all kabuki to the real problems facing the state like the lack of affordable housing, the cost of living, and a post COVID upswing in violent crime.

HKparts was a great online site to buy from.  it shipped out in 2 days after ordering, and then arrived in another 3 days via priority USPS mail. 

there are many configurations that you can get with the P30L,  mine is the P30LS specifically. it comes with ambi safety and ambi slide release, DA/SA trigger, night sights, manual safety, decocker
have not shot this yet, but I did install the rail mounted compensator
I can feel that just the weight on the end of the barrel will help with muzzle rise, maybe the comp cuts will help too
now its a heavy gun, but I'm not intending to carry it
got it bc I wanted a full size 9mm bc I other than this, I don't have one
I have a couple other HK pistols and I like them a lot, so I figure the P30 can't be too far off
will update once I actually shoot this   :shaka:

Out-of-control Hawaii prosecutors got their tender bits nailed to their chairs today by the state Supreme Court with a ruling that states that they can’t just bring whatever charges they desire when it comes to serious felonies, but must go through the grand jury process.

No more political persecution of lawful self defense by radical leftist unelected bureaucrats! This is arguably even more important than CC rights since it also affect Castle Doctrine.

Now all we need to do is to stop them from changing the grand jury laws in the ledge this year.

That case shouldn’t have made it as far as it did.  This is what you get when you vote someone in who chases headlines rather than doing what’s right.

You’re not bursting anything.  While they’ve remanded cases back down to Benitez to stall, it was anticipated.  I don’t think anyone just expected the 9th to just roll over and play nice all of a sudden.  It’s like trying to get your dog to come home after he’s spent hours at the dog park with all his friends.  He’s going to make you drag his ass back to the car and carry him inside.  Benitez realized this and as a result he’s moved up the date to resolve the CA assault weapons case within the next couple of months.

It’s simple.  Venue.  No local judges willing to follow the law.  Saint Benitiez is on a roll in Cali and the 9th.  I think the best we can do is wait for the wins at the 9th circuit and follow suit after.  We’re like Sisyphus in many ways.

Perhaps because the perp is the nephew of the "Eddie Aikau" family and has some HPD connections ?  ::)

Probably the same bunch of liberal progressive prosecutors who didn’t want to press charges against the guy who ended beating that homeless Kapolei lady to death.  Kau should’ve won vs. Alm.  They’re getting roasted on every platform out there right now.
