Political Discussion / Re: Green is not a doctor

See what I mean? Republicans would let a child starve to death while they claim to be pro-life.

Don't put the rest of us on the hook for the result of your one night of debauchery.  You made, you raise it.  Maybe you should keep your zipper (or legs) closed if you don't have the wherewithal to raise one.  Typical liberal, expecting everyone else to pick after them and fix their messes.

Like the article pointed out, this is all kabuki to the real problems facing the state like the lack of affordable housing, the cost of living, and a post COVID upswing in violent crime.

Duke Aiona is basically lying. The Republican party supports forcing a child to have the child of the person that raped them and ban a mother from having a dead fetus removed from inside her body even if it kills her.

Republicans say they are pro-life but they don't want to spend a dollar to support our children.

You should support YOUR children and not ask ME to do it.  Just because someone acts like a pig, doesn't mean you should wallow in the mud with them.

HKparts was a great online site to buy from.  it shipped out in 2 days after ordering, and then arrived in another 3 days via priority USPS mail.

there are many configurations that you can get with the P30L,  mine is the P30LS specifically. it comes with ambi safety and ambi slide release, DA/SA trigger, night sights, manual safety, decocker
have not shot this yet, but I did install the rail mounted compensator
I can feel that just the weight on the end of the barrel will help with muzzle rise, maybe the comp cuts will help too
now its a heavy gun, but I'm not intending to carry it
got it bc I wanted a full size 9mm bc I other than this, I don't have one
I have a couple other HK pistols and I like them a lot, so I figure the P30 can't be too far off
will update once I actually shoot this   :shaka:

Stang is going to change his name to John Zilla or Stang Wick now.

Out-of-control Hawaii prosecutors got their tender bits nailed to their chairs today by the state Supreme Court with a ruling that states that they can’t just bring whatever charges they desire when it comes to serious felonies, but must go through the grand jury process.

On the negative side this means a lot of criminals that went through the screwed up process are about to get their cases dropped. So shame prosecutors! Everyone BOTLO for more violent crime and a huge court backlog.

But on the good side…

No more political persecution of lawful self defense by radical leftist unelected bureaucrats! This is arguably even more important than CC rights since it also affect Castle Doctrine.

Now all we need to do is to stop them from changing the grand jury laws in the ledge this year.

That case shouldn’t have made it as far as it did.  This is what you get when you vote someone in who chases headlines rather than doing what’s right.

White socks kicked everyone’s asses IIRC.  Some of the old Rhat Rhat members might remember him.

Discriminating against the disabled ?  :wtf:

And our kupuna.  Who gets preyed upon the most by criminals?  The dude who looks like he can bench press a Hemi engine or the 68 year old tata, obasan, or gmaw?  Criminals are only going to learn when their “prey” claps them with the .38 they keep in their purse.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but 9th is still doing their own thing and obstructing.  To delay, save face, and discourage attorneys from helping.  Young and Duncan was sent back to district court which is not good.  My lawsuit was kept at the 9th which is a good thing to make progress.

Any new lawsuits to challenge CCW restrictions will likely still have a long and hard road to go through.

You’re not bursting anything.  While they’ve remanded cases back down to Benitez to stall, it was anticipated.  I don’t think anyone just expected the 9th to just roll over and play nice all of a sudden.  It’s like trying to get your dog to come home after he’s spent hours at the dog park with all his friends.  He’s going to make you drag his ass back to the car and carry him inside.  Benitez realized this and as a result he’s moved up the date to resolve the CA assault weapons case within the next couple of months.

HIFICO is the BOMB here and the nationwides ignore us. Just wishful thinking to bring their national warchests and attention to us and how we are treated less than redheaded bastard stepchildren

It’s simple.  Venue.  No local judges willing to follow the law.  Saint Benitiez is on a roll in Cali and the 9th.  I think the best we can do is wait for the wins at the 9th circuit and follow suit after.  We’re like Sisyphus in many ways.

HR 1808 was sent to the Senate Judiciary committee today.

Saw a short video on IG, looks like it might have been a suicide by cop situation.  Guy was yelling at the cops to shoot him.
Despite what she said on camera, I haven't seen ONE ad for Governor.

Last time I saw her she was headed the wrong way down Keeamoku St.
He's a famous competitive shooter. Know to reload a revovler in like 1 second and get all shots off, do reload and fire all those in seconds while getting hits.

He's Lena's M's dad, who's also a competitive shooter and sponsored by SIG.

Alm's performance among other things is probably why the Police Union is endorsing Aiona.

They probably frustrated with this f**kn Kumbaya state.

I had to look it up, but the mentally ill guy punched in officer in Mililani earlier that night.  No wonder morale is so low and they're endorsing Aiona.  They probably feel like the prosecutors office is part of the crime problem.  it's worse than Ren's favorite revolving door HOPE program.

This 70 yr old who just recently lost his wife was beaten by a 28 yr old on camera ...
And no charges filed ?

Story is he was returning from visiting wife's grave.
Not sure but I would assume she is in the Laie cemetery which is by the Laie park which is next to his home.
Don't know why he would be up on the end of Laie Point.
Did he follow Aikau ?
Regardless, 70 yr old was beaten by a 28 yr old on camera ...
And no charges filed .  :wtf:
Perhaps because the perp is the nephew of the "Eddie Aikau" family and has some HPD connections ?  ::)

Probably the same bunch of liberal progressive prosecutors who didn’t want to press charges against the guy who ended beating that homeless Kapolei lady to death.  Kau should’ve won vs. Alm.  They’re getting roasted on every platform out there right now.
