I'm holding another 2a activism meeting since a lot of people couldn't make it on Wednesday. It's going to repeat the same info to get people up to speed. No need to go if you attended last Wednesday's meeting at the Brewseum.
2a Activism Meeting - Repeat
Saturday, April 28. 5pm-7pm
Gordon Biersch Restaurant - Aloha Tower
Neighbor islanders, contact me if you'd like to Skype it.
Call me at 255-3066 with any questions.
There will be another meeting next month covering NRA strategies, planning, and decide if we're moving forward to found the coalition.

Weekdays in town are almost impossible for me to make. I will do my best to make this one.

Location may change to town due to the weekend freeway closures.

Do we have to RSVP or just show up? Mrs Change might want to see a movie.

Changed location to Gordon Biersch at Aloha Tower due to expected traffic from freeway lane closures.

Sorry to have missed this one Zippz. Ended up in the hospital. Is there a discussion on any more gatherings?

Let us know when the next one is.
I couldn't get into town that day.

Looking to have a meeting end of may or beginning of June to go over what I learned at the NRA meeting, have a guest speaker, and get more detailed on planning and if we want to create a new coalition. Got some new people to attend last month that are excited to take part.
The purpose of these meetings is to create a long term plan (3-4 years) and build a foundation of volunteers and leaders, and to educate and change attitudes.
Looking for a meeting room for 15 to 20 people. Preferably centrally located and where we can potluck. I got some offers for Kapolei and Wahiawa which are kinda far. I might be able to get a conference room at the State Capitol but it's difficult to coordinate on a weekend.

Damn forgot about the meeting. Fell asleep after lunch.

I wanted to go but last week was terrible. Post up the next one when you nail down the date and hopefully I can make it.
