Long Beach Operator
its a Loaded Operator with a magwell and no front checkering.  originally made for the Long Beach Police dept.  originally made 1000 of them. now limited production
I handled one at a LGS, trigger breaks like glass and short reset.  trijicon night sights.  really nice.

A friend once told me every shooter should have a Glock, Sig, and a 1911.  So I bit the literal bullet and picked up a Springfield, and I gotta say, I wish I'd made the switch sooner.  I'll do a review down the road, probably closer to 3K rounds.  I have almost 900 on it since I picked it up in the beginning of the year.

I dont own any of them. Gotta get my priorities. Spend too much on purple gun stuff.

Super accurate. I love it. Trying to get that trigger pull a bit lower so I'm waiting on parts .. If you're ever at the range when I am, feel free to try it out braddah :shaka:

I've had a 10mm 1911 for around 25 years. Love the cartridge. You can throttle it up or down.
You need to play with the springs if you play with the loads though.
Full power ammo is formidable.

New Version!  FNX-45 Tactical w/Threaded Suppressor Barrel; RMR Mount Included; and Tactical Rail Below ...

It's a lot bigger than the pictures - However, It does hurt my upper wrist a bit if I don't watch how I grip it - That is a little disappointing ...

Anyone have any suggestions on how to avoid this - Or a similar experience as this?  Please LMK ...

nice!  I like that pistol even if its not a 1911  ;)
maybe you are gripping too low on the grip, resulting in more muzzle flip and more stress on your wrist
try a higher grip so the recoil is more straight back and less muzzle flip

Colt Delta Elite?
...

Wow I just saw your question today.
To answer your question, yes it's a delta.
I don't bring it out very often because it flings brass pretty far with full power loads.
Even with the double spring setup.
It pains me to lose 10mm brass. :(
What, Me Worry?
