Just wondering if we will see the large spectacle and demand to ban assault knives.  Or does the far left feel that it is ok to be stabbed to death, as long as a gun wasn't involved, don't worry about it.  I wonder what the news would say if the same stabbing event happened with a bayonet on a rifle with no shots fired?  I bet a million bucks that it would be on the news and would call for bans of assault rifles.  These are all tragedies but it's not the guns fault...4 dead from a stabbing is just as heinous a crime as 4 dead from a shooting as 4 dead from a vehicle assault, etc.  How hard is it to understand that.

Oh, "they" understand it alright. But no deceit (of commission or omission) is verboten if it serves the narrative that will lead to fulfillment of their agenda.

Ban all knives. 15 day waiting period.... yup that will solve all the problems....

The thing with this type of incident is that if we push hard on it and say "look, no gun and he still killed a bunch of people" they will easily counter with "if he had a gun there would be more people dead". So incidents like this are a double edged sword for the gun argument.

We don't have very many bomb attacks here either.

I am just pointing out how we must choose and apply our arguments carefully or they can be turned and used against us.
