He's trying to disqualify the entire Utah County Attorney's office from prosecuting the case due to conflict of interest.

Interesting tidbit, one of the attorney's "18 year-old child" refereed in the case as "adult child" was at the college and was at the event leading to accusations of conflict of interest for the office.

Imagine being called adult child.  Though I guess there's a lot of adults that act like children.

I thought Adult Child was a made up term.  Don't remember hearing that term before but I guess it is a thing.
