The studen loans were the single largest asset on the federal gov. balance sheet.
Brandon seems to be hell bent on buying as many votes as possible. Neva mind the
wealth of the nation will be given away or wasted. More Bidenomics taxes will solve everything.
F Joe Biden.

I have no regrets, I will vote for biden this year.

The real reason is about money not about "gun safety". Hawaii has a big government to feed as the tax base is shrinking.

General Discussion / Re: Kauai Chief lost his gun for a 2nd time.

“We felt the chief was going out of his way to give the impression that the restroom is in a secure area. That it’s only accessed by KPD employees,” said SHOPO spokesperson Dustin DeRollo.

“That in fact is not true. Actually it couldn’t be further from the truth.”

The restroom in question is located in the chief’s lobby.

“They buzz you in. The door pops open. You walk in,” said DeRollo.

“That restroom is accessible to members of the public throughout the day, whether it be school children there for a visit. Delivery drivers, witnesses, people of interest, suspects. The restroom was not locked. It does not require a key card.”

The letter states KPD staff working in the Department’s Investigative Services Division refer visitors “to use the public restroom where the chief left his firearm unattended.”
“Any of those kids who may have had to go to the bathroom that day would have complete access to that restroom,” DeRollo told HNN Investigates. “If they would have done it March 4, what they would have found there was an abandoned KPD Glock pistol fully loaded ready to fire.”

Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.

Well at least the handguard is solid and looks like that Navy ship commander is not letting the heat of a barrel bother him or is it because the M4's rails have heat insulation? O0

Political Discussion / climate clowns on The View
« on: April 09, 2024, 07:25:00 AM »
https://www.foxnews.com/media/the-views-sunny-hostin-blames-eclipse-earthquake-cicadas-climate-change

"The View" co-host Sunny Hostin blamed Monday’s solar eclipse, Friday’s earthquake and the expected cicada breeding season on "climate change."

"All those things together would maybe lead one to believe that either climate change exists or something is really going on," she said Monday.

A 4.8-magnitude earthquake was felt across New York and New Jersey on Friday; on Monday, the highly anticipated solar eclipse swept across the continental U.S.

Hostin also claimed that her studio makeup artist "put on her coat" and "ran down the hallway" during the earthquake, saying, "Jesus is coming" and "The rapture is here."

Political Discussion / Re: The Rock Has Regrets
« on: April 08, 2024, 04:51:01 PM »
Both Opah and the Rock got flak for asking the public to donate to the Lahaina relief fund.
The Rock still made good on his $5 million pledge. Opah did not give a penny, but she did donate
some blankets.

I am surprised that the Governor hasn't seized her property yet to house Lahaina fire survivors.

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/buttigieg-downplays-dc-crime-rate-despite-having-security-detail-i-can-safely-walk-dog-capitol

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg recently downplayed Washington, D.C.'s crime problems, saying there's a lot of "energy" going into making the nation's capital seem far worse than it is.

"We need to talk about the reality here," Buttigieg said during a Sunday MSNBC appearance. "There's a lot of funding and a lot of energy going into telling a different story in news outlets and online."

"But the simple facts and the simple reality are right here staring us in the face, including the fact I can safely walk my dog to the Capitol today in a way you couldn't do when we all got here," he said.

Buttigieg, however, is provided with security details due to this position with the government.
