Legal and Activism / Re: Usage of firearms on vehicle theft....
« on: April 20, 2014, 07:37:21 PM »
Well I'm glad i'm moving back to the Southeast in 2-1/2 months:

"takes the Castle Doctrine to the extreme, not only allowing you to defend your home (porches especially), but also your car, your place of employment, or practically anywhere you have a legal right to be. Also, unlike some states, you do not have to retreat before you take action to defend yourself. Last, but not least, the law added civil immunity (you can’t be sued) if you are forced to defend yourself in accordance with this law.”

And I can get CCW.

General Discussion / Re: Pittsburgh school stabbing spree
« on: April 09, 2014, 06:28:03 PM »
I agree with you Sliver, that it was a knife and not a gun.  I just hate the fact that they treat it like oh they were stabbed/sliced no big deal, but if it was a gun well we all know. They seem to not understand that if someone wants someone dead or hurt they can achieve it without  having a firearm and that people in general are crazy.

This won't be in the media long. Now, had there been a gun, NATIONAL OUTRAGE, they would've talked about Sandy Hook, more gun control, we need more Jesus, violent movies/video games, Full Auto AR-15's with 30rd mags that anyone can buy easily, the words "spraying bullets," the parents knew something was wrong but did nothing or couldn't get help.

But since it was just a knife attack that's ok.

Does the Navy use a leash on their pistols? Did he maybe know the guy and hand him the gun as a "show 'n' tell"  When i'd carry the 240 or M-60 people would want to hold it and/or take pictures with it. If it was snapped it he should've been able to keep it under control. But who knows what the situation really was.

I keep mine loaded, but no round in the chamber.
I lock all my doors, including my bedroom and when pooping/showering.

So, I bought a rifle the day before I got married, last one I said to myself for a while. Smuggled it in the house and hid it. I bought it after HPDs normal hours. Completely forgot about it after the wedding and went on my honeymoon. A couple months later I got a call from HPD and I was like oh sh*t, but they were cool about it, and I went right afterwards and registered it no problem.

Firearms and Accessories / Re: M1 Carbine sling problem
« on: February 13, 2014, 05:50:24 PM »
I've gotten a sling and a ammo pouch from them for my M-1 paratrooper and haven't had a problem. The only problem i've had was with my Underwood with a new sling and had to hammer down on the C-clip part to get it to fit through the stock and oiler.

Centennial Bar and Grill owner Nicole Bankhead told the Montgomery Advertiser that standard procedure is to check all patrons for firearms on entry. There are signs at the establishment's entrances that says all weapons are banned from the premises, she added.

Haha, another one of these idiots shot, who cares! They love to talk to about in their music, but when reality happens they all get butt hurt. All they need to do is get with security and they'll find out who did it.

I've gone up the trail twice as a get out of work, morale day. I never once heard any bullets whizzing by or overhead nor did anyone else in my department. I did puke at the top doing the hike hung over the 2nd time.

General Discussion / Re: Who's Responsible at KHSC?
« on: December 20, 2013, 08:39:46 PM »
I've only had one turd there and I haven't seen him in a while. I brought one of my AK's there and obviously it doesn't lock back, so the guy comes to me and tells me to lock it back and I say I can't. The mags out, pointed down range, it's cleared, I show him it's cleared, but still says I need to lock it back. I told him I've never done it since I've been shooting there and he freaks out calling me a liar. So, he hands me a shotgun shell to keep it open. Since then never have locked it back and no ones said anything.

General Discussion / Re: No smoking at KHSC
« on: December 20, 2013, 08:24:56 PM »
I smoked when I went, but I stood on the side of the hill away from the line, so hopefully no one else would enjoy my smoke. I still smoke at the beach though. I don't understand why I can't enjoy a smoke or alcohol at a park or beach, but I can get harassed or have to deal with the homeless and prostitutes.

General Discussion / Re: out of state gunshows
« on: December 15, 2013, 02:57:25 PM »
I went to one yesterday. For a new long gun/pistol you have to fill out paperwork. But you can do P-2-P sales, cash and carry at least In my home state. You can buy a new long gun from out of state but you have to go through the background check still, pistol you have to be a resident.  Some people still have crackhead prices for guns, but most have come back down. I bought some PMags for 9$, 500rd .233 for $145, 200rd of 308 for $149, 100rd of 762x39 for $25. Plenty of mags and drums and they are coming down in price. 22LR keep dreaming! They had the 550rd boxes anywhere from $40-$75 and some were well over $100.  Some guy had a booth dedicated strictly for 22LR.

General Discussion / Re: Rifle range at Kokohead CLOSED
« on: December 08, 2013, 04:01:22 AM »
Maybe it's the white birds on the range, maybe they pick up the rounds, fly off, then drop them???

I think the RO's do a good job.

i have yet to see anyone point a firearm in the air at the times I've been to the rifle range.

Do people hunt anywhere around that area? Could anyone in the area have fired in the sky for celebration fire? I live in the Green Zone of China Town and I swear I here gunshots sometimes. I wonder if HPD has actually investigated this to find out the actual location or close to where these rounds came from? I know they can, maybe it doesn't fit their agenda, If the gun(s) that fired these rounds are registered, i'm pretty sure they could track them down with a little leg work. After a large group of us dealt with HPD to do training, I've never seen any L/E outside of the Caribbean not know what the hell they were talking about or stutter and back track on Local Laws. I find those pictures funny as they fit the agenda of this idiot, perfect timing, i wonder what the pictures before and after from these 2 pictures look like on his camera, some people should find a way into a crab cage at the bottom of the pacific.

I believe if your military and xfer there you can have your guns there without the Lame-O accessories. But from what I hear people at the range will freak out, if your not complying with their retard laws.

Firearms and Accessories / Re: 10/22 Under Folder Stock
« on: November 26, 2013, 12:51:09 PM »
Yeah I didn't like the way that looked. But I do like that AK style folder. I like the S/S look more but then the black is nice too, so maybe time to waste more money. I wish I could fit one of these on one of my M1 carbines.

Firearms and Accessories / 10/22 Under Folder Stock
« on: November 25, 2013, 05:37:57 PM »
Does anyone have a an Underfolder stock from Underfoldstocks.com for their Ruger 10/22? I'm thinking of getting one for a 10/22 Take-Down. Reviews seemed good for it.

Should've tased them or batoned the shit out of them. You can explain one misplaced baton hit. Shouldn't have drove off.

The guns were also stolen, if you read some of the other articles, the driver supplied them. I think the family is trying to get the same attention as the hoodlum that got exterminated in Florida.

Legal and Activism / Re: Gun Confiscation Coming?
« on: October 29, 2013, 09:23:02 PM »
I doubt there would be gun confiscation, too hard to do. Plus you can manufacture your own crude weapons from Home Depot. What you have to worry about is ammunition. That would be the easiest thing to take away or restrict the sale of. It would take a while and it wouldn't be a 100% thing but eventually I think it would just drive most people away from guns making it too expensive or a hassle to get. But then you'd  probably have some black market ammo sales, maybe they'll be smuggling bullets across the border.
