General Discussion / ATF Form 2 for new Machine Gun (Tax Free)

Submitting a Form 2 with Letterhead to the ATF to manufacture a new machine gun after Thanksgiving.
They take up to 2 month to process the Form 2 as opposed to Form 1 and Form 4 which may take up to a year.
Fingers crossed on an early approval. These are tax free Since the SOT 1 is $500

ID's will be require for applications for all new knife purchase with blade longer than 10cm.

According to the demands of present stability maintenance work, all neighborhood households’ cutting tools with blades exceeding 10 centimeters must have QR codes embossed on them. Scrap knives must be handed in for safekeeping. Pass this message on.

Off Topic / New Attack Dog for CCW

Well I took Maj. Robinson's' advice and bought myself a big dog for CCW.
Got the German Sheppard and training it to attack on command.
Two plus point is it will be a service dog and can be carried everywhere even when firearms are not allowed (courtrooms, police stations, post office etc......)
another will be it does not require any type of license to be carried only a dog registration.

The Hudson bill is a breakthrough in two important respects.
First, it recognizes the 12 Constitutional Carry states and encourages other states to join them.
Second, the Hudson bill benefits citizens of anti-gun states who get permits from pro-gun states.
So if a gun owner living in Hawaii, California, New Jersey, or New York gets a carry permit from Utah, then he or she will be able to carry a firearm in any state in the country!
The Hudson Bill will be introduced next month on the Floor and Trump has stated that he will push the Bill and sign within his first 90 days in office.

This rifle was a damaged / cracked / something wrong , example from a recent liquidation sale.
The HK Universal Semi Carbine (USC) is a semi auto version of the HK Universal Machine Pistol (UMP).
The fixed stock is just to damn ugly for any civilian use.
Bare in mind that the USC/UMP are prohibited from importation under the 1989 ban. Thus this rifle needs to comply with USC 922(r).
Original damaged USC from Liquidation Sale.
Most UMP parts are designed not to fit onto USC rifles. Such as the full auto bolt and UMP lowers. The hook on the lower is much small than the semi lugs.
After a few mins of filing the UMP lower is mated to the USC upper.
Almost done just some small internal to install and its a complete UMP conversion.

This is an original Cetme rifle by CAI built with parts from Spain.
The greatest part is that CAI built these with unmodified original parts from the military productions lines.
Nearly all internals is full auto parts, only the lower trigger pack is semi auto, manufactured to BATF specs. This is still a legal Semi Auto.
It would make a great host gun for my registered full auto sear.
Notice the bolt without the slot milled out (full auto) once its milled out its a semi auto bolt carrier.
