I do appreciate that she led her answer with how restrictive Hawaii’s laws are, “It takes weeks to be able to go and apply for and get a permit and actually be able to take the firearm that you purchase home with you…it’s a pretty tough and rigorous process.”

Quick take: strike was collateral. Only confirmation is that NATO held an emergency meeting to discuss Article 5. Story is still developing.
