Looks like the ATF is going to have their hands full with this new rule change. Maybe when the lawsuits and injunctions pour in they will not have as much time to set people on fire.

They just need to pass a rule that things branded 80% can't be sold.  Then the libs feel happy.  And the gun users rebrand.

This is already HI law when they banned P80s last year.  The key word is "intend". So what you tell HPD when they come to your home is the key.
