You use the regular room/line for registration
There's a separate room/line by the snack bar for permits only

Was also told no credit cards for rapback payment any more

Have to save that 3% transaction fee to help fund the retiring chief's $250,000 "bonus" for leaving.   ::)

was going to but I got a lecture from some members about doing that. Something about causing an inconvenience to those waiting in line and making a poor situation worse (guess HPD would have to take off their shoes and socks to facilitate counting the pennies, especially that twit Maaj. Robinson).I did give them the funds in singles and quarters(mostly quarters). They were not too happy...... Who cares.....

Hmmm  4300 x .01 = $43

Maybe I just suck at encoding, ever thought of that? This is not a research project, it is a set of numbers with no clue as to how they represent a meaning.

Whatever, tell me or don't tell me, I am not going to waste me time "putting in the work" to decipher a code for no apparent reason. But don't climb up on your high horse just because found a decoder ring in your box of cracker jacks.

Trick question!

If you're doing 80MPH, the popo gonna stop you, find out you got warrants, and by the time you post bail and catch a ride to your mama's place to get money, then pay all those outstanding tickets and renew your car insurance, just to get your car out of impound, it's going to take you at least 2 days before you get to that 80 mile destination!

Maybe more like 6 if mama ain't got paid yet.

There was a guy registering a handgun who also wanted to apply for a PTA and was told to go to the other room by the snack bar for applications. He was also told that no firearms are allowed in the application room. He asked if he could leave his handgun with the officers at the registration side and go to apply and was told no, he has to secure his handgun elsewhere and come back to apply. Sooooooo...plan accordingly if you want to register a firearm and also apply for a permit to acquire.

And the asshole factor at HPD just went up.

Just went the other day you can pay with a credit card in the original firearms registration office due to they fact they don't have a card reader in new room.. I must admit it was faster then standing in line in the other room..
