Nearly 100% of Danes are vaccinated that is not surprising. Vaccination does not confer absolute immunity, so there are many breakthrough infections. However, the severity of those infections is greatly reduced, so hospitalizations and fatalities fall precipitously as compared to non vaccinated people.

I've had vaccinations from the Black plague to Smallpox.
Never had any side effects other than a scar or two.
Every flu shot I've ever had made me sick.
