SHTF is must closer than people think.

The financial system is what most may think is the most likely cause for SHTF.  However, if the US empire's Power Okole decides on WWIII with Russia and/or China, the resulting chaos it will cause domestically will lead to SHTF for everyone, until the Balkanization of the continental US and the establishment of the new nations from the former states is complete and order reestablished.

They are just talking about fitness routines. Specifically bicep exercises.

Out of all the possible ways for society to collapse, a financial debacle would be the worst. Today, Netflix fell by over 20%.

That's just one stock. Just imagine if the Federal government lost its leaders. Budget authorization might be tied up for months, and the social security checks that are deposited in HI banks would not show up. Soldiers might not be paid. When that happens, the local gangs would be kicking down doors and beating up people for money. I have plenty of food for months, but defending the home is not something I could do on a 24/7 basis. As an old guy, I need my beauty rest. My wife needs plenty of water for her grooming and gardening. Living like cave people is not for us.

Just imagine if the Federal government lost its leaders.

First thing is,  the government will confiscate all registered guns.
Holodomor always comes to mind, when Hawaiians talk about
sovereignty and Democrats talk about public safety.
