The 23rd state to enact Constitutional Carry of firearms is .....  *drumroll *


OHIO!!

Two more, and we will be at the 50% milestone.   :thumbsup:

Georgia, Indiana and Nebraska are racing to be next across the finish line, vying for positions #24, #25 and #26.

26 states have either passed or are in the process
of adopting constitutional carry laws

That's a rather optimistic prediction.

Puerto Rico and Guam will become #50 and #51 (after they become states) while Constitutional Carry remains a nonissue for the HI state legislature.

Indiana made it official today.  They are now the 24th state to enact Constitutional Carry (no permit needed).


Fingers crossed for Georgia to be the 25th.

If not Georgia, then Nebraska may be the one to reach that milestone.

It's not a matter of "if" at this point, but "when."

Obama visited 57 states.  One left to go.  Wasn't allowed to go to AK and HI.  (57 visited) plus (AK + HI) plus (1 left) = 59.

Georgia has become the 25th state with Constitutional Carry!

The GA State Senate passed the bill today (Friday) after it passed the House on Wednesday.

The Governor of Georgia Brian Kemp said he is looking forward to signing it.  Technically, it's not the law until he signs it, but there's nothing stopping it.

Half the country now has Constitutional Carry laws.  One more, and we will see a MAJORITY OF STATES allowing Constitutional carry of firearms.
